Orthofam
Orthofam is a biologically active vitamin complex for women during menopause. It contains essential nutrients for skin, hair, and nails. It contains biotin to support normal skin and hair, and selenium to maintain healthy nails. It also contains soy isoflavones and flax lignans, essential fatty acids, and coenzyme Q10.
Vitamin B6 normalizes the production of the body's own hormones and stabilizes hormonal levels.
B vitamins prevent apathy, mood swings, irritability, and tearfulness. They normalize nervous system function.
Biotin and selenium help maintain healthy hair.
Zinc improves the regeneration of tissue structures and normalizes memory.
Vitamin C has an immunostimulating and antioxidant effect and also plays a role in regulating metabolic processes.
Orthofam contains isoflavones from soy and lignans from flaxseed, essential fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) from flaxseed oil, gamma-linolenic acid from evening primrose oil, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) from fish oil, and coenzyme Q 10.
Application
Take one capsule daily, preferably with plenty of liquid, after meals.
It is recommended to use it for a long time, as the body uses up trace elements and vitamins every day.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
