 Fructooligosaccharides and galactooligosaccharides (FOS/GOS) are specialized carbohydrates that serve as food for certain bacteria. They stimulate the proliferation of specific bacteria, Akkermansia muciniphila and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, and the conversion of food into short-chain fatty acids (such as butyrate).

Quantity

  • Application

    Mix 5 g (5 g = 1 scoop) 3 times daily in 200 ml of water or juice. Drink immediately (no activation time is required). The beneficial effects of glucomannan are achieved with a daily intake of 3 g in three 1 g servings, combined with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.

    It is essential to take this product with plenty of liquid to ensure it reaches the stomach, otherwise there is a risk of choking for people with difficulty swallowing or inadequate hydration.
