Application
Mix one packet of OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 with B vitamins (3 g) in approximately 200 ml of water 1-2 times daily, allow at least 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach, if possible.
Because vitamins B2, B6, and B12 help reduce fatigue, it is beneficial to take Omni-BiOTiC SR-9 with B vitamins in the morning.
