Application
It's best to start taking one OMNi-BiOTiC Reise sachet (5 g) daily before breakfast, a few days before your trip. Stir the powder into water, milk, tea, or yogurt, let it activate for at least one minute, stir again, and then drink. Continue this process throughout your trip.
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all the fructooligosaccharides. Fructose does not reach the intestines.
