Application
Mix one packet of OMNi-BiOTiC Metabolik (3 g) in 200 ml of water once daily, wait at least 1 minute for it to activate, stir again, and then drink. Recommended for use in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before bed.
Supplement with 3 capsules of OMNi-LOGiC Apfel PEKTIN twice daily to ensure optimal nutrition of Bacteriodetes bacteria.
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should increase the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC Metabolic to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all fructooligosaccharides. Fructose does not reach the intestines.
